What is Depression?
Depression is becoming one of the major reasons for a useless life. Depression is such a disease that can totally control the person’s abilities. It never let the person to work, and even think properly. So, the person keeps thinking on a fixed point and cannot divert his/her attention. People don’t know how to handle critical situations in their lives and when they find no solution to their problems, they got depressed. Once you go into depression, it is really hard to get rid of it. It grabs you in such a way that at the end of the day you see yourself destroyed only.
How Quran plays Role in it?
So here the Quran plays the best role. Quran is the Holy Book that revealed on Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). People who do not understand the Arabic language get guideline by reading its translation. As we don’t have enough knowledge about Quran, we don’t believe how we can get rid of depression by reading this Holy Book. Although, most of the people suffer from mental health problems because their faith is weak. You may meet a person who always says that he is feeling down etc.
Anyway, Try to read the Quran. Probably, your faith is weak so just read the Quran it may help you to refresh your faith. Allah says in Qur’an: Allah is the protector of those who has faith. When you read the Quran, various type of verses makes you feel relax and make you feel that you are not alone and Allah subhanahu watalla will never leave you alone.
